 OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP:

WHAT? A combination of cardio, resistance, plyometrics, agility, strength and core conditioning.
WHO? For all fitness levels! IT REALLY IS! We have a huge range of members who come to our bootcamps! We have had those who have had NO experience with fitness in the slightest who are now successful and confident with exercising by themselves as well as in a group with and without equipment!

Start Dates: June 5th, July 3rd, Aug 7th, Sept 4th

Days: Every Monday & Wednesday at 6:30pm

COST?

Pricing per month: 1x per Week for 4 weeks= $60.00, 2x per Week for 4 weeks= $100.00,

BRING?

A yoga mat, water and a bug spray. All other equipment provided!

WHAT? A combination of body weight exercises and total body mobility and flexibility focus. Become a part of a dynamic workout program that combines progressive positions and total body exercises designed to increase mobility and endurance while maintain strength gains.

  • Our Equipment - We take the gym and bring it outside to you, training with all the equipment you would normally need an expensive gym membership for! We can maximize your time and results through a combination of equipment and perseverance. Our Toys of choice: kettlebells, dumbbells, tires, ropes, sleds and much more! We bring all of the equipment you need!
  • Our Programs - No two classes are the same - this means you aren't just getting the same thing stale workout every class, instead you will be challenged at your own level to work on your own and with others to achieve amazing results! 
  • Our Coaches - our trainers aren't your typical run-of-the-mill types, they are professional coaches with years of experience working in group, team, and individual training environments. They can make any workout and any exercise work for your own personal gain no matter your level of fitness!
